This should at least be tagged Gothitelle, but I don't know what the standard romanization of the Japanese name is. Gochiruzeru or Gothilselle, probably one of those.

This photo is part of the reason I always have a gothitelle on my pokemon party. In my head-canon, I secretly do very lewd things to my masochistic submissive whore gothitelle.

I love nezu's ability to make benign things into sexual deviants. She seems to have a real eye for that sort of stuff. I also appreciate how gothy still has proportions of something non-human. It is these design choices which makes my head-canon all the more real.
