What's not to love? They're the perfect couple.
Sure there's a size difference...so what? Not only has such things never been an issue in One Piece (there are notoriously big "humans" and everyone treats them as regular people) but as the anon above me said, Luffy also has the necesary "skills" to pleasure a woman like that.
