When Capcom developed Darkstalkers they had in mind an idea for a cute character and a sexy character (both female of course) and originally decided to make Felicia the Sexy one and Morrigan the cute one, but it got flipped. Felicia on the other hand is a very dangerous character and can easily turn the tide with her unpredictable move set and high speed stat. She also maintains an abnormally high endurance.
