I think people who get off to childbirth have never actually seen a REAL childbirth.

But there ARE sicker fetishes out there. Scat for one. Guro for another. Vore can get pretty sick, especially if it's the kind that involves chewing.

Pretty much anything that involves human excrement or human mutilation and there is something fundamentally wrong with that person IMO.

As someone with the fetish, I'll put it this way - there's something erotic about the way a woman stretches during birth, and it's basically like the sexual process. Just in reverse.

There's also the other half of the coin, where women (sometimes men) are aroused by the thought of giving birth themselves.
