Get Lala to make him a power-amplifying device? The problem is, 9 times out of 10 (or more like, 99 times out of 100), Lala's devices don't have all the bugs worked out when she tests them on Rito.

Also, Zastin's weaker than Yami, so it's not like he could teach Rito anything that could stop her from beating him up.
