The girl is a young Agatha from Pokemon Red/Blue/Green/Yellow/FireRed/LeafGreens elite 4. The boy is Professor Samual Oak when he was a boy, and is a canon interpretation as this style was in the Pokemon movie; Pokémon 4Ever - Celebi: Voice of the Forest.
