No anon 4 does have a point. Futanari in common usage refers to a character that has both sex organs. Kaine is officially a futanari. The tag wiki says nothing about pics having to have a penis to be tagged futanari.

If we applied such skepticism to it's logical outcome, male would become redundant with penis since no male without a penis showing could be considered men. After all, somebody could get tired of seeing males without any bulge or other sign in their pants that they are male. In fact, if you really want to see chicks with penises, then add the tag penis to your search. Assuming the pics are correctly tagged, then you should be able to find images of futas with cocks.
