As a matter of fact, it is.
I've been translating Aqua's Commands. This picture is from the third in a series of image sets. Although it lacks the "Secret Mission" designation from the first and second, some of Aqua's Commands from the first "Secret Mission" set are featured again, here. Also, a similar picture to one in this set is featured at the end of Secret Mission 01. While the progression from Secret Mission 01 to 02 seems pretty clear to me, I'm not sure if this picture and the set to which it belongs form a linear continuity with the Secret Mission sets. It's possible. What IS certain though is that there's some overlap.
Just like in Secret Mission 01, Aqua's basic attack / the red Command basically translates to to violate, to rape, to deflower," but I'm fairly certain that these are Aqua's Commands. Since she's clearly the one being raped, a direct translation might be "Be Raped/Get Raped". A little awkward. Doesn't exactly flow off the tongue. I opted for something more succinct instead and considered calling the basic attack "Violation" or "Deflowering" before ultimately settling on Succumb.
The topmost Command from Secret Mission 01 is the bottomost Command here. It's "Doggy Bitch Pig Declaration," alluding to both the title of Secret Mission 01 and the doggy style position featured prominently there. I just called it Squeal Like a Pig, but "Doggystyle: Squeal Like a Pig" or some variation thereof would have also been accurate. So would "Pig Cry". Oink / Oinking or variations thereof are a bit more iffy.
Similarly, the selected / middle Command is "Sex Processing Female Pig Pose" or perhaps more accurately, "Sex Treatment Method Female Pig Pose," either way, the pose aspect is important. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do that anime thing wherein a title is placed before the technique, because it seemed really fitting here. If I had done that, it would have been either, "Sex Treatment Method:" or "Sex Processing:" instead I opted to shorten it to what would come after said title, Pig Stance. Anime and JRPGs are full of fanciful stuff that gets truncated down to the most important aspect of what is being or needs to be conveyed, so I did the same thing here.
The topmost Command was difficult for me to get a read on, since the word tits is involved. Context is important in translating, and I wasn't quite sure what the context was here. I decided to assume that "Sperm Breast Tank" alluded to titfucking, and that the 2 meant it was a second tier Spell/Command/what have you, given that these image sets are video game parodies. Enjoy.
