I believe Yuma deserves whatever is done to him.
GX is 10x better then Zexal because atleast Jaden's personality improves alittle and his dueling skills improve some aswell.
Yuma never seems to improve in his skills or personality. He remains constant through out. Astral always has to help him. The times he wins on his own is only during major plot-heavy moments.
