Yeah(may be), and may be you don't know what is a manga, but with the "manga style" it's hard to make a difference with africans, caucasians or asians, why ? Because the mangas are not REALISTIC, the eyes(all colors are possible), the mouth, the nose, the hair(all colors are possible) aren't realistics because it's a MANGA(ANIME)style.
If you want realistics: african(american), asian, caucasian go read comics.
