When she appeared in the damn game. They haven't used colored names for the main characters in the games since Gold and Silver.

Touko's (& Touya's) name only appears when she (or he) ends up as your partner for doubles in the Battle Subway.
As of yet, neither of them have appeared in the Anime.
Thats also when you find out the English names, Hilda & Hilbert..god, I hate their English names.
For the record though, they are named White and Black in Pokemon Special..and White in my game ^.^
