Sai looks like a 9 year old Chinese kid who has had his parents forcing him to play a piano for his whole life, even though he doesn't like playing piano and would rather just play with his friends, which he doesn't have instead of a 18 year old kid who can draw really fast and then make his drawing come to life although it would make sense because this way the lonely pianist boy could draw friends and then animate them for himself and play with them
