It's Ophelia, I typically copy and paste the last set of tags I used while uploading a set of similar images (in this case, women from Claymore) and change certain tags such as character tags when necessary. This time, I forgot to change the character tag to Ophelia.
Which is kind of sad since Ophelia was the reason I started uploading all these boken_fantasy pictures in the first place.
