Anon1, um, no. Western fanart of Japanese characters is allowed. This artist has had work up for years under at least three different names. The mods just don’t want halfass cartoon porn to be uploaded.

If you don’t like the artist’s work, don’t click the thumbnail. Alternatively, leave constructive criticism for him at his DA page.
