So
Koakuma is spitting out something while pointed at sakuya who is apparently dressing up as her beloved master, Remilia.
Flandre is apparently staring at the frog with the same hat as Suwako or perhaps is Suwako while her crystal pulls her skirt up to whom ever is off screen and staring.
Birthday-suit Remilia is apparently shushing whomever is off screen for some reason only to possibly see a really cute someone she likes due to her tail creating a heart.
Cirno is crying at the inconvenience of becoming a sudden mermaid
Reimu is just standing looking badass in those new alternative clothes of hers.

And Patchouli doesn't have time for this weird shit so instead she decides to just be herself.
