One of the bad endings in the game in Heaven's Feel route where this image was inspired from was suprisingly horrifying and dark.

It conveyed the horror and despair of the outcome pretty well.

I was impressed. I was seriously feeling a deep chill down my back.

I rea~lly don't think the Bad End you're talking about is what this image was based on. That Bad End was about a loli Rin going through loli Sakura's childhood experiences, such as torture and being raped by penis worms with shark teeth and/or the most annoying shitless male character in history, not anything to do with Sakura doing some hot yuri rape action to Rin.

It might not be based on it but it is certainly *inspired* by it.

The bad end in question doesn't really give any details about what exactly was happening to Rin, and loli Rin getting raped by penis worms isn't overly hot to most people, so authors and artists tend to let their imagination run wild somewhat, leading to pictures like this....

Actually there was an end where Dark Sakura shows up at the Emiya house, captures Rin, and says she's going to tentacle rape her.
