The German pilots actually sometimes referred to the Ju87C model as Charlotte. I'm guessing that's the joke here. But it's sort of obscure tbh...EXCEPT for the Madoka Magica part...

That's a G or M model anyway, the earlier marks didn't carry the 40mm anti-tank cannon pods.
