She can't be both Eve and Rena. Just because she's wearing Eve's outfit doesn't mean this deserves the Eve tag. Remember, it's what's on the inside that counts.

As far as I know, in this site, if a character is cosplaying as another, then both characters are to be tagged in the picture.

Besides, she looks too Eve-ish to be a mere Rena cosplay. I think it's more meant to be something like a fusion.
