^^ I think based on the fact he's covered in scars, Sakura's expression, and the fact that she's not healing him, it's pretty obvious he's dead.
And I don't know why the 'couple' tag is there. Even if he is alive, he's obviously unconscious. Besides, even in the slim chance Sasuke returns to Konoha after killing samurai and helping Madara kill over half of the Allied Shinobi Forces, these two won't be a couple until Sasuke reciprocates her feelings. And we've seen absolutely no evidence of that thus far, in manga or in this picture.

Hahaha, well I doubt he's gonna return her feelings, but I'm sure Kishi's gonna redeem the bastard somehow. My guess is he'll go on some cliche journey of atonement at end. Not too sad for all the younger fans, but not a totally unrealistic 'everything is forgiven' ending that'll have 90% of the fanbase yelling "WTF???!!!" If Team Taka goes with him it'll be slightly happier for him I guess, but I hope not. I hate the Sasuke/Karin pairing almost as much as I hate the Sasuke/Sakura pairing.
