Cool art, but UBW only belongs to Shirou and EMIYA. Not even the Class Card has shown someone else to be able to use it's awesome powers.

Actually, people *can* use it with the Class Card.

That's kinda Chloe's entire thing(though she doesn't use the full on reality marble, because 1: it's not actually that effective against most foes and 2 she usually doesn't have enough mana). Sayaka is exempt from both of those problems.
