I think it's the character's identity that's in question. I hope it's Fllay from Gundam Seed, but I don't see the ponytail. She's had something like this coming for a long time.

Anon #789499, the default is questionable. If the artist doesn't want to give the info that it is explicit or safe, it's registered as questionable. It's to stop safe images from being rated explicit and vice versa.

Someone already changed it though so I'm late, haha.
