Oh I believe the pictures were uncensored as they are drawn and then the artist censored the gender features when publishing. And I also believe that somewhere on the web you could see them uncensored.

Ah its something about some direct rule where they are not allowed to show certain parts, even directly on the web in image sharing places like these.

Some artists censor right down to the skinniest part of what they can, so those small details are still covered but it leaves the picture relatively unharmed. Others just block it over.
