there's no evidence that it's being pulled through her body, merely the illusion of such.
If you take note, she's gripping the ring with her teeth. If it was being pulled through her the ring would be forcing he cheeks aside and jarring her mouth open, she'd be unable to close her mouth in such a fashion.

I find mild amusement in watching self-important pricks on the internet squabble over the science of images when it's fairly obvious what the creator intended. It gets especially ridiculous when they attempt to use scientific terms and vocabulary too advanced for their level (not necessarily done here, but we've all seen it).
