You know, part of me wonders how this is forced. The only binding is neck to neck, and long enough that if they both stood up straight the dildo would just fall out.

Then again their might be a current running through them into the dildo and then back to the floor making doing the above potentially lethal.

Maybe the dildo isn't flexible but the chain certainly is. They could turn laterally. It would be a little awkward but by no means impossible.
