since the artist made Teemo into a little human girl, it is a genderswap, while not a shota or a furry. in the end, it always comes to the decision of the artist, who happens to draw female league of legends characters, of which 6 out of 7 on gelbooru being genderswapped x3 wait, why am I explaining something which should be obvious?
