megaman original cover art for US release was just horrible. And, I think you're right, it had him holding a gun. That's some way WAY back retro tribute right there. Shit, I remember watching a friend play it when I spent the night. I couldnt' get into Megaman or Castlevania (I was always a Metroid fan myself), but he kicked ass at it. God I feel old now. One day you're thinking about borrowing a game from a friend. The next day you're worrying about retirement.
