Well, Anon1, after a quick glance at the tags, it's safe to assume that this image was taken from a "asobi ni iku yo".
It might not be much, but it does narrow down your search considerably...by maybe 12-13 episodes. I'm sorry that you might have to subject yourself to 4+ hours just to pinpoint where this scene takes place, but you'd be surprised what you could have accomplished with a little common sense, a search engine, and perhaps some common courtesy.
