Pokemon game wiht fighting game mechanics it's my wet dream.

There is actually one called "Type: Wild" which looks pretty good but sadly is fan made and does not implement trainers (only Sir Arlon appears if you pick Lucario).

A fighting game with mechanics like Vanguard Princess (for example in the case of Green and Red Charizard and Venusaur are main fighters and Pikachu and Eevee support ones) with using Trainers as selectable characters to determine the Pokemon team you will fight (like done in Pokemon Puzzle League) who appears in background (like Pokemon Trainer in Brawl) would be pretty epic.

More examples: Blue would have Blastoise as main fighter and Jigglypuff as support, Haruka would have Blaziken and Minun, Yuuki Swampert and Plusle, Kasumi Gyarados (even thought she never use it on the games it's considered her signature Pokemon) and... Togetic? Horsea? Psyduck? (secondary signature Pokemon in TCG, spin-off games and/or anime); Shirona Garchomp and Spiritomb, Daigo Metagross and Claydol, Touya Emboar and Munna, Hikari Empoleon and Pachirisu, Silver Feraligatr and Sneasel, Hibiki Typhlosion and Pichu or Pikachu, Kotone Meganium and Marill, Jun Torterra and Chatot or Staraptor and Mikan Steelix and Magnemita, Magenton or Ampharos.

Shirona, Mikan and Daigo would be so OP that the fact that they are unlocked scares me... What is behind the "?" marks?

A006: Mewtwo would be an awesome boss, and since he can produce clones it would be pretty cool if for the battle he copies the team of your trainer to use as support while you fight him making it a hard-as-fuck 3 vs 2.

See, I'd like a SSBB style game, with like, Naruto: Ninja storm 2 3D arena setting, where you get to be the six pokemon and fight, instead of the colloseum style fighting game that it's been where you give the pokemon orders, and when you win or faint you can switch out, or do it whenever you want, and that in order to hit a character, you have to move as they do when you attack
