I may be introverted but this girl looks to be on the verge of a sociophobic episode. (Sometimes blocking out the presence of others in a social environment is the only way to cope.)

It's fun to see the various interpretations. Yajirushi had in mind a digital art joke - the title is 選ばれし者たち, 'The Chosen Ones', but to preserve the joke it could be rendered as "The Selected Few".
