I'm not much into sketch porn, but if this is Konakona I'll give it a pass.

The guy looks like either Naruto, Minato, or Yamato. The hair looks more like Naruto's, but he's missing the whisker marks.

Hopefully there'll be a complete version of this later. I love KonaKona stuff.

^It's obviously Naruto, why would Minato or Yamato-taichou make that sort of face? Plus Yamato and Minato have different hairstyles than this.

Though Yamato/Sakura could potentially be pretty hot. I think they're closer in age than Kakashi/Sakura too, but I'm not sure...

As far the lack of whisker marks go, it could be an older Naruto, like we see in Naruto's imagination.

Not necessarily what he has to grow up to look like, but it seems likely to me. In any case, a whisker-less Naruto makes more sense than Sakura getting screwed by a random ninja with the exact same hairstyle as him.
