Oh god he treated Karin worst than any one else. Let me list the reasons:

-Tried to murder her even though she has nothing to do with Konoha and she was trying to help with his revenge
-Tried to kill her again while she was defenseless on the ground
-Told her flat out that she was useless if she gets taken hostage because he doesn't want to rescue her ass
-Told Sakura Karin was useless to him
-Asked Sakura to kill her and be her replacement

There is nothing appealing about this pairing, or any Sasuke pairing for that matter.
