In case you guys from the West didn't know, this mecha musume is based on the VERY FIRST tank of the PLA, and as its tag reags, a captured Japanese Type 97 Chi-Ha. It is dubbed "The Merited One" (功臣号）and attended the parade on Oct 1, 1949, the day that announced the birth of the People's Republic of China.
