have they ever actually given a reason why you can never find any of the starters from ANY of the games anywhere in the games?

are they all endangered and live only in captivity like giant pandas?

what's wrong with finding a one in the wild out side of game context?

Anon816044: They simply don't want you to have more than one starter, like happens to many legendaries: There are a lot of Zapdos, Articunos and Moltres and Entei, Suicune and Raikou, they are not unique species, yet you can only find one.

Here is an Epic Charizard Cheat. I put spaces between each step to follow.


Action Replay Max
Use Shiny Pokemon Cheat

Obtain your Starter pokemon,Charmander..Shiny(If not, your using the wrong Shiny Cheat)

All Items Cheat
(Make Charmander hold Macho Brace...EPIC STAT BOOST EACH TIME IT LVL'S UP, ONLY SLOWS IT DOWN A LITTLE DURING BATTLE)
(DONT USE RARE CANDY...GIVES HIGH LVL EASY, BUT CHEAP STATS)

Pokerus at End of Battle Cheat
(Get it Pokerus before using next cheat code)

EXP Multiplier Cheat
(Battle adverage wild pokemon using this code til u hit LVL 100. Make sure to let Charmander evolve fully though.)


Next,Go to the move tutor and teach him some good attacks.Heres a few suggestions to help.

1.Roost (VERY useful)
2.FireFang or Flamethrower (depending on ATK-S.ATK Stat)
