Pokemon Zensho is a comic that it's directly based on Pokemon Red & Green games and, unlike Pokemon Special, it follows all events in the same order and without adding or removing characters.

Key plot points:

- The name of the player and rival characters are revealed to the Satoshi and Shigeru (this is later changed to Red and Green when Gold & Silver was released, don't ask me why).

- Shigreen (lol) parents are revealed to be death, killed on a car accident.

Key differences:

- Redoshi picks Charmander instead of Bulbasaur, Shigreen pick Squirtle instead of Charmander.

- At the end of the final battle VS Shigreen, Shigreen has a "heart change" because of an incident (not spoiling, sorry) and becomes "bestest friend 4 lyfe" of Redoshi. Then they both go to fight against Mewtwo.

Forgot to mention that Pikachu evolves, which contradicts Pokemon Gold & Silver and Crystal/Pokemon HeartGold & Soulsilver in which he stills have a Pikachu.

Um, what does that matter? Pokemon Special is just one out of many Pokemon manga.

Plot point 1: Are you retarded? This is a manga. This has nothing to do with the games.

Plot point 2: It's "dead" not "death."

Key difference 1: Once again: POKEMON ADVENTURES IS NOT THE ONLY OTHER MANGA.

Key difference 2: He saves his life when a pillar is about to fall on him.

I used Pokemon Special as example and not another manga because, unlike the rest of the mangas who are supposed to be retellings of the Pokemon world story and it's characters (some of them doesn't depend on neither anime or manga) Pokemon Special is supposed to be the manga that gives a background story to the games (even thought it took a lot of freedom).

Incorrect, Lurkella.

Game =/= Manga.

- Red and Green have been Red and Green since the get-go. Satoshi and Shigeru are no more them than Ash and Gary; they're all just counterparts.

- Green's parents are unknown in the games.

- Stop comparing the manga to each other.
