For anyone who doesn't get it, in the original FF6 storyline Kefka was described, prior to what basically amounted to a severe overdose on Magicite, as a really straight-laced and austre/taciturn youth prior to the experimental "accidents" that drove him crazy. Kefka, in his modern mad incarnation, is chocking his old self to death, while the Terra (that presumably grew up with it) still tries to cling to it with her hand.
