I have found out this is from the Love Fetish: Peeping Tom Chapter. Sadly this scene seems to be cut from all the videos posted online and the VN is untranslated and difficult to find.

@The Anon asking I believe it is Volume 3 but all the vids online leave this part cutout if you check VNDB it has a screenshot of this exact scene for the volume.
