She's has been put inside a bag of which the air has been sucked out.
Like a sandwhich with her in between the 2 layers of plastic and the frame keeping it in shape.

The only problem in this construction would be the opening in her mouth that would cause a problem for the vacuum effect to keep her in this state.

Unless that's some kind of plastic that quickly hardens under certain conditions like UV-Light.
