The penis throne is actually a shape shifting character from some sexual game. Forgot the name of it but the game style is like old style Street Fighter. I'm not sure if it's playable or if someone just created the videos to make it look like a game, but I've seen quite a few battles on youtube, but of course the videos didn't show the "good parts" xD

The "penis throne" actually came from a character called kuromaru from mugen. This is one of his sexual moves in the game.
