No. I've seen some pictures where Lyn has red eyes instead of blue/green eyes. (One where she's nervous with the way Hector's looks while he's stroking her hair for example.) If anything, it's likely an error on the artist's behalf. Same type of error happens with Idoun's hair, although in that case, it's easier to get Idoun's hair color wrong than it is with Lyn's eye color.
