When a format works well, its rarely changed. Hentai isn't exactly a huge exploratory venue for art direction anyway.
I'm mostly in agreement with the OP anon about this. The comparison is neat, and its not like you can complain easily complain about stolen ideas when it comes to porn.

Tell me something, Nay-Owe-Me, were you wearing hipster glasses, a scarf, and a beret when you wrote that? I'll bet you'd be the kind of person who would write a 15 page essay on the shapeliness of tweezers, and its impact on the fall of the Soviet Union and the popularity of MilkDuds.

The one on the far left's nipples look weird. Too long and erect. I don't want nipples to resemble penises. Also, electricity? WTF?
The one on the middle, on the other hand, bothers me because the handcuffs look too small. Those things look like they'd break under the weight of a woman. If they are made of metal that is strong enough, then they'd dig into her skin quite sharply. That would just be painful to her.
The one on the right, on the other hand, is outstanding. Perhaps the nipples could be drawn better, but those are some nice tits. Also, the handcuffs are great. They are solid and grip the wrists comfortably and securely, offering their captive no escape. Even better, they are positioned properly to draw her up to her full height. She'd have to get up on her tiptoes to get any slack if she isn't already. She's wearing the most appropriate clothing of the bunch, too. It exposes her armpits. to tickling.
I can definitely see her being bound up there for a long period of time.
