What about the hair? Japanese people tend to care much about their hair. They're not like some people in some parts of Europe that take shower just once in a week.

Her knee is just fine. Japanese girls got inward feet angle because of their seating position, so when they stand up straight or stick their legs out, it just looks... different. But in this pic I just think that maybe her left thigh is weighing on the right thigh and just makes the knee look like it's torn back or something.
