Okay, what you need to realize is

Here at Gelbooru, we tag things based on how they appear. We don't give a shit about what the artist says unless it gives us information we can't see visually. For example, we cropped this image so the breasts don't show, we'd tag it "trap" because we can't tell any better visually.

However, we visually see breasts and a dick on the same character. Therefore, our tag definitions override what the artist has to say, so the correct tag is "newhalf".

tl;dr: artist's opinion on what's in their drawings doesn't matter
