Anybody want a biology lesson?

These are actually "Sea Cucumbers" aka Holothuroidea (not slugs). The stuff they are spraying out is part of their organs, a defense mechanism designed to distract predators (they grow back). The opening they are shooting from is basically their asshole, too. The "head" is on the other side.
