This may well be the first Touhou x Elder Scrolls crossover I've seen.

That being said, can anyone confirm that the girl is in fact Patchy? The artist mostly seems to do Touhou (at least what's on the site), but I'm often doubtful if they diverge from the normal character clothing without anything telling.
