Part of Bake/Nise/(and probably actually happens in Kizu) monogatari's story, somehow her appearance regresses to that of an 8-year-old, despite being a ~500-year-old vampire (reference Nisemonogatari episode 04).
Kizumonogatari is a prequel movie to Bakemonogatari that hasn't been released in Japan yet (according to Wikipedia as of April 28, 2012) FYI
