Well, considering that Rei has a bigger bust than Asuka (according the the Japanese version of the anime), she'd probably looked really good in the top, but she's short so not sure if it'd work. Asuka, on the other hand, would definitely work in the smaller-sized Osiris uniform that was made for the shorter Rei.

I like Asuka wearing the what would be thighhighs on Rei, but just about knee highs on Asuka, but I always loved her above ankle boots and gloves.

Also if you think Rei has a bigger bust than Asuka just look at GX again. Some people have made a comment about her chest being different sizes in some episodes, but for the most part she's definitely bigger than Rei.
