Normally I would disagree with that so long as the bar covers the crotch or nipples, but censoring a bra is just plain pointless. Since when is underwear explicit in these kinds of shows?

Also am I the only one thinking about the toothbrush scene from Nisemonogatari?

... i wanted to watch this show long ago but i still didn't. i'm still looking for the uncensored version of this, and i whon't watch it before i find one. reminds me too much of rosario vampire that contained a giant bear symbol or a bat symbol hanging over the whole screen for the whole show...
