Naruko is the official genderswap of naruto, but not all genderswaps of the same character make the same people.

Naruko is a dipshitted fan nickname devised with not even one iota of ingenuity to refer to Naruto's "Sexy Jutsu" transformation. Which by the way is not an official genderswap because there IS NO OFFICIAL GENDERSWAP.

Therefore artists can come up with any look they want for a rule 63 Naruto.
