^ I don't think that's how the tag works. We don't usually tag characters by their nationality, ethnicity, etc.

I'm pretty sure that tags like "russian", "chinese" and "korean" are actually used for language that appears in a given image, like a comic written in Korean, or a picture with Chinese text.
