Well, if my elementary knowledge of the language is correct, Sakura notes that Ino has grown quite a bit(more than her), and wonders why("how am I different from you?").
Ino notes that she is from Konoha, like Sakura. She eats the same food as Sakura. She trains the same way as Sakura. However, when she occasionally exercises at night thinking of Sakura.
Thus the fourth panel(Sorry, I don't understand what is written on the last panel myself. Excuse my limited knowledge).
